It's Official

For those who haven't heard yet yesterday was my official last day at Avalon Hills which means I am entering the world of being a stay at home mom and can honestly say I am ecstatic! KC and I have been discussing if for a long time and finally decided to take a giant leap of faith. I'm still not sure how things are going to work out but we know this is where I should be. It was difficult to leave Avalon but will take with me a lot of great experiences and many great friends. I have been so grateful to work among some of the best working moms I have ever known. I hope this will give me the opportunity to be a better mom, wife, do my church callings better and just be able to get things done around the house. Jocelynnie, I love you so much and can't wait to play with you all day every day!

Hurray!! I understand why you didn't write it, but the stress of my departure was surely the catalyst behind this. Either way I am happy for you and you already know I strongly believe things will work out for you! P.S. It's harsh that Amy is planning things without even asking me to join....

Oh yay! I'm so happy for you! That will be so so nice. You don't know how bad I want to have kids and be a stay at home mom. Jealousy.

Hey Shawna! I miss you so much already! Thanks for bringing you baby to work so we could all see her, what a dolly! Work sucks without you, the office has lost all its energy :( I can't wait to see you tonight, though! Love Al

Congratulations! Leaving something you've done so well for so long is always hard, but being a stay at home mom will be so much fun. Jocelynn will love having you home! Good luck...I'm home most of the day and still can't get stuff done around my house, so if you have a trick let me know.
P.S. I don't know how, but things always do seem to work out.
